Would you believe me if I told you I didn't watch the Avengers until a couple months ago? Actually more like half a year ago at this point. I watched it so I could watch Infinity War, I had to play catch up and prior to watching

Thor right before it. And I loved it, it was a lot better than I expected and I don't know why I waited 6 years before watching it. I remember the trailers and all the hype leading up to the movie but I just wasn't interested. I did watch all the prerequisites and I wasn't until recently that I realized
The Incredible Hulk (2008) was also part of the MCU even though it feels like a sequel to
Hulk (2003) which I guess it's a pseudo sequel? Much like
Superman Returns (2006) is a pseudo sequel to Christopher Reeve's
Superman movies. Anyway, the toyline for
The Avengers was out in stores and Wal-Mart Exclusive 6" Figures that had everyone minus Black Widow. I was also when I started reviewing toys online and I saw Deadzilla review Iron Man and I wanted to do the same, unfortunately I wasn't able to find anyone besides Captain America and I would like to get the rest even though they look terrible (kinda). I don't believe Iron Man Mark VII was part of the lineup, instead they released Mark VI sporting a battle damaged paint job.
