Finally we get to the man himself, Thor! Son of Odin! Again, burned out, super busy, especially around this time of year and I wanted to take a couple pictures before posting this one. I like the direction they went with for Thor, I wasn't expecting it and honestly, I was surprised. I thought it was a little much at the beginning and little by little he was becoming himself again. As for this figure... eh, I would have preferred his armored form more than this one but we have it and I'll appreciate it but I can't wait until they release the armored form. Anyway, let's get to it.
I like toys, maybe a little too much. I review Power Rangers, Tokusatsu, Marvel, and other sorts of figures. Follow me on instagram @loveymush and like me on Facebook at LoveyMush Productions.

Review: Avengers: Endgame (2019) - Marvel Legends Valkyrie (Endgame Thor Wave)
Time for another newer figure! This one for a character that appeared in the film and one that wasn't a re-use from another figure. It's Valkyrie which is something that was previously released as a character but not a figure. She appeared as a part of the Ragnarok 2-pack with her Sakaaran scavenger gear, unfortunately she wasn't released in this uniform which is a shame but we finally get one! I just wish she came with two heads... more on that later. Also, technically her name is Brunnhilde, and she is a Valkyrie, so this is her Valkyrie uniform.

Review: Thor: Ragnarok (2017)/Avengers: Infinity War (2018) - Marvel Legends Heimdall (Endgame Thor Wave)
Heimdall is a pretty cool character and Marvel Legends needed to have him in figure form since the first Thor movie came out. It's a shame it took this long for this character to get a figure, what is funny to me is that Hofund, his sword, was in Marvel Legends scale before this figure debuted. We'll get to that in a little bit. This figure is based on his appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, it doesn't matter what the box says since the only bit of him we see of him in Avengers: Infinity War is where he uses the Bifrost to send the Hulk back to earth, and then he is impaled by Thanos. He's one of the few newer figures, one that should have been with previous releases. I would have honestly favored him over the Grandmaster in the Ragnarok 2-pack with Korg. This slot could have gone to someone else.

Review: Marvel Comics - Marvel Legends 80th Anniversary The Mighty Thor
The 80th Anniversary line is going strong and they gave us plenty of amazing figures. One of the ones I was most excited for were the big three: Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America. I was most excited about Thor since I didn't have a comic Thor to go with my other comic Avenger figures so this was my change. I did see the other comic Thors that were previously released and I wasn't too impressed. He was the first one I found at a Target a couple months ago and I got him asap! He was the only one and it wasn't until a couple weeks later that he started to show up in stores. Let's take a look at this figure.

Review: Avengers: Infinity War - Marvel Legends Black Widow // Thor // Cull Obsidian Build-a-Figure
Finishing up the Cull Obsidian wave with Black Widow, Thor, and Cull Obsidian (I will look into the comic figures at some point) and I love Thor the most because his articulation is the least restrictive... which the cape can restrict in certain poses. These last two figures I got from Amazon because I couldn't find them in person. Black Widow wasn't much, 19.99 with free shipping, Thor on the other hand, I saw him for 19.99 but didn't jump on it fast enough so I ended up having to buy him for 28.99 and then a couple hours later he was back down to 19.99 which was a shame. Then about 2 weeks later, the entire Cull Obsidian wave showed up at Wal-Mart along with the Armored Thanos wave which was a little upsetting but what can you do?

Review: Avengers: Infinity War - Marvel Legends Thor // Rocket Raccoon // Groot 3-Pack (Toys R Us Exclusive)
This is one of my favorite sets, Two out of 3 figures in this set are new and they help me recreate scenes from the movie which is always a bonus in my book. I had to get this through Amazon because Toys R Us is no longer a thing. I got this for about $33 which was good considering it was also twice that amount a couple weeks earlier. Either way, it was way cheaper than the Vision and Scarlet Witch set...

Review: Avengers: Infinity War (2018) - Marvel Legends Loki and Corvus Glaive Walmart Exclusive 2-pack
So this was one of the last figures that I needed for my Infinity War Collection, there will be spoilers throughout in the form of pictures so I'm warning you. This set is based off of the first scenes in the film. Thanos and his crew have destroyed and killed the Asgardian ship and its people. Thanos wants to get the tesseract in order to get the Space Stone. I loved that movie by the way, I watched all of the other Marvel movies I hadn't watch just to watch Avengers: Infinity War and I do have tickets for Avengers: Endgame for this Thursday, I can't wait!

Review: Marvel Stud10s - Thor: The Dark World (2013) - Marvel Legends The First Ten Years Thor and Sif
Back when I was trying to catch up to Age of Ultron I had to watch two more movies, Captain America: The Winter Solider and Thor: The Dark World. Of course I was really excited to watch Cap 2 and not so thrilled about Thor 2 since it had a pretty bad rep, the worst of the three Thor films. I watched Thor first so I would have fun with Cap afterwards. I was not disappointed, and by that I mean was that I did enjoy The Dark World and I wasn't entirely sure why it was the worst of the three. I liked it and I would watch it again. This set I bought online via Wal-Mart for about $31 only to find it on clearance at a "local" (about 20 minutes away) one for half the price, there were several of these! I should have bought them but more on that later.
