Review: Mighty Morphin Bootleg Rangers - Super Dino Force! Red, Black, and Green!

This looks familiar...
As you know and may have seen from my Instagram, I have bought a couple bootlegs and on my way to search for a certain set I ran into these! Super Dino Force! Which are knock-offs of Power Rangers Dino Charge or Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. I honestly didn't expect to see these and I don't know why I'm getting them in the first place, they're not any different from the others and they don't even have more articulation. They're still from JWP International or OKK Toys just repainted, no more articulation or gimmicks or details.

Review: Power Rangers Ninja Steel - Armored Dragon Zord

The Dragon Zord! One of the humanoid shaped (kinda) zords out of the main 5. I was very back and forth when I was getting this figure, TRU had plenty of him and Robo-Red Zord but I didn't act fast enough and he was gone. After a month or two I found him at a different TRU so I decided to get him. Is he really worth getting? Well... Yes and no, there are some good things about this figure and some not so great things but that's all opinion.

Review: Power Rangers Ninja Steel - Armored Robo-Red Zord

Ninja Steel Zords! Out of the shadows!
Robo Red Zord! Who's design I'm a big fan of. Otomonin Shinobimaru was a funny fella, he had more of a personality in Ninninger, however! In Ninja Steel he was shrunken and remolded! Yes! They repurposed the suit and turned it into an Alpha 5 or DATAS type character. It uses pretty much, most of the suit minus the chest piece and the head (There might be more). It's disappointing that Redbot wasn't a figure in the 5" line but this is good enough. While I didn't get Robo Red Zord for being Redbot, I got him because I wanted an articulated version of the Robo Red Zord from the Megazord that doesn't have a fist between the legs.
Whoever put him in the package at amazon damaged the toy packaging...

Review: Power Rangers Ninja Steel - 5" Villain Ripperat (Trapsaw)

Episode 2! Is the first episode in which they use Japanese footage from Ninninger. Ripperat is the second MoTW in the U.S. and the first one that they fight together as a team! In Ninninger, Yokai Kamaitachi (妖怪カマイタチ) was the very first MoTW, they split the footage from the first episode and used the first half of the fight for the first episode and the second part of the fight for the tenth episode where Kamaitachi returns as Trapsaw, Ripperat's twin brother. I'm not sure why they decided to do that, split Ninninger episode 1 into two. Ripperat just ends up being destroyed in a really awkward edit and Trapsaw just uses the second part of the fight with Kamaitachi when Shurikenjin is combined. I guess it slowly adds on? Episode one shows the morph and weapons, two shows the individual Zords and episode three combines the Megazord together. Kamaitachi means the "Sickle Weasel" which is pretty cool.

Review: Power Rangers (Super) Ninja Steel - 5" Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Pink Action Heroes

Power Rangers Ninja Steel or Super Steel is the 24th and 25th season for the Power Rangers franchise based on Super Sentai's 34th season Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. I've just recently started watching the show and so far, it's okay. Not the best season in my opinion based on the 3-4 episodes that I watched. It seems very kiddie, and not in the best of ways. The acting is eh and the lessons in the show are executed in a very lazy way. As for Ninninger, I loved that season, it was a lot better than I thought it would be. The theme song for Ninja Steel is pretty nice, you do have Japanese instruments mixed in. Also, Victor Vincent and Monty are really annoying characters.
